About

Built from the regulations up, not the filing cabinet down.

Policy Prism exists because hospital teams deserve to see their own regulatory exposure before anyone else does, with the evidence to prove it.

A hospital should never discover its own gaps from a surveyor.

Compliance, accreditation, and policy teams carry an impossible amount: thousands of obligations across federal rules, state law, and accreditor standards, all changing constantly, mapped to a policy library nobody can fully see at once. The work is real, but the tools mostly store documents and track approvals. They cannot tell you what is actually covered.

We built Policy Prism to close that gap: to turn a drawer of files into a regulatory architecture you can audit, so the people accountable for coverage can see it, prove it, and fix it on their own terms.

How we think about coverage

Decompose

We break the CMS Conditions of Participation and Joint Commission standards into discrete, checkable obligations, not page references.

Trace

Every policy is mapped back to the rule that requires it, in both directions, so coverage is provable rather than assumed.

Govern

Gaps become accountable work with an owner, a source, and a review trail. Then we re-check and show closure.
