By using Policy Prism, you agree to these terms. If you are using the product on behalf of a hospital or organization, you agree on its behalf. This page is a working draft for the current preview.

Policy Prism helps hospital teams map regulatory obligations, assess policy coverage, and draft and govern policy work. We grant you a limited, non-transferable right to use the product for that purpose.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. Access is scoped to your organization and may be managed by your administrators.

You retain ownership of the policy content you upload. You grant us the rights needed to host and process it so we can provide the service. We do not use your content to train shared models.

Do not misuse the service: no attempts to breach security, disrupt the product, or use it unlawfully. Recommendations and drafts are decision support, not legal advice or a guarantee of compliance; your team remains responsible for final policy decisions.

Policy Prism is under active development. We may update, suspend, or change features, and we may revise these terms. If we make material changes, we will update the date above.

The service is provided on an as-is basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited. Nothing here is intended to exclude rights that cannot be excluded.
